Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team at Herself Health. The role involves evaluating patients' acute and chronic conditions, managing medications, and providing patient education. The PCP will work closely with other clinical teammates to provide comprehensive primary care.

Requirements

• Licensed MD/DO with board certification in Family Medicine (ABFM) or Internal Medicine (ABIM)
• Experience managing complex diseased longitudinally over time
• Understanding or willingness to learn how to practice in a value-based care model
• Experience managing overall patient care and devising individualized care plans
• Experience educating and counseling patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Experience working in clinical situations that required adaptability
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of medical advancements and technologies
