Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team at Herself Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will evaluate patients' acute and chronic conditions, manage medications, and provide empathetic patient education. You will work closely with fellow clinicians to provide comprehensive primary care and assist with development and implementation of key organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from the 50 United States or an accredited foreign medical school with proof of ECFMG certification
• Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; Fellowship in Geriatrics desirable
• Current, active physician (MD/DO) license from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Active DEA registration with controlled substances prescriptive authority within the state of Minnesota or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
• Familiarity with population health and experience in achieving quality metrics
• Experience or knowledge in value-based care models desirable
• Eligibility and completion of credentialing and registration with Medicare and private payers
• Employment dependent on passage of background check and drug screening
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Ability to learn and efficiently utilize technology including EMR, Microsoft Suite, etc
