Collector - French/Spanish speaker - 12 month contract

We are currently looking for a French or Spanish speaking Collections Agent to join the Credit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting monies owed to our business, providing service excellence to customers, and handling account queries regarding rental charges.

Requirements

• Fluency in French or Spanish and English
• Previous Credit Collections or Accounts Receivable experience
• Knowledge of Word and Excel
• Good level of communication and technical focus
• Good level of analytical skills
• Decision making
• Highly Customer service oriented
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
