Job Description
The Customer Operations Manager is responsible for leading the Customer Operations team and ensuring maximum performance through superior operational leadership and strong communication. The Manager provides overall leadership to customer operations employees and is responsible for daily customer operations and revenue generation.
Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in Customer Service or Operations
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
