Job Description
The Director of Fleet AI Engineering will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling AI/ML solutions to drive business impact. This role requires a strategic leader with deep technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to lead a high-performing team, oversee the entire AI lifecycle, and ensure seamless integration with existing platforms. Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in software or AI/ML engineering
- 5+ years of leadership in managing engineering teams
- Proven track record of successfully leading AI/ML solutions
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks
- Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model versioning
- Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Cloud AI Platform)
- Strong understanding of data processing technologies
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable distributed systems
- Experience with Generative AI models
- Strategic Thinking and exceptional communication skills
