The Compliance Specialist – Regulatory & Business Change will play a pivotal role in maintaining a robust compliance framework, partnering with the Legal & Compliance team to ensure HESTA stays ahead of evolving regulations while supporting strategic business initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in compliance, legal, or risk roles within financial services, ideally in superannuation
- Technical expertise with GRC software platforms (RSA Archer advantageous), compliance management, and regulatory compliance in the superannuation industry
- Proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships, advising business teams on compliance requirements, and broad exposure to financial services law
