We are looking for a Member Engagement Consultant to provide phone-based general financial product advice to our valued members, engaging with them about their superannuation & retirement needs and identifying any personal advice requirements they might have.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service within the financial services or superannuation sector
- RG146 qualification is essential
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
