Cloud Developer III

Role Overview

Cloud Developer III will work on developing cloud applications, collaborating with Product Marketing, and translating requirements into design and implementation. The role is hybrid, with an expectation of working 2 days a week from an HPE office. The team is part of Aruba, an HPE Company, and is a leading provider of next-generation network access solutions.

What You Will Do

Develop cloud applications, develop and release cloud applications in production environment, work with AWS, Azure, GPC, and/or Private Cloud, and have a solid grasp of computer science/software engineering concepts.

Requirements

• BS or MS level in Computer Science or related fields
• 5+ years software development experience
• Experience with Agile Methodology
• Multi-year experience with Python, Golang, and Java
• Knowledge of RDBMS (Postgres) and NoSQL (Cassendra, ElasticSearch, Kairos DB, etc.)
• Knowledge of Cloud Platform - CoreOS, Kubernetes, and Docker containers
• Experience in designing cloud applications using distributed cache and experience of using Redis, Hazelcast, and similar products
• Experience in distributed streaming platforms like Kafka
