Digital Presales Solutions Architect Graduate provides end-to-end support for sales opportunities, ensuring solutions, quotes, and statements of work align with customer requirements and company guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with sales and pursuit teams across geographies, contributing to technical solution design and delivering pricing aligned to business objectives.
Requirements
- Provide opportunity solution pricing as per expectations
- Handle End-to-End pricing solutions in scope for the Solutions Center team
- Interact and collaborate with sales/pursuit teams in Geo/country and works with them to understand the customer requirement and develop pricing quote and SoW (Scope of Work) for in-pursuit deals
- Contribute to design for specific deliverables and assist in the development of technical solutions
- Ensure that incoming deals meet acceptance guidelines
- Understand a broad spectrum of the company's technology in order to deliver part of a detailed technical design, which meets customer requirements
- Identify the technology solutions needed to fulfil the business objectives of the customer and be able to interact with people (customer and internal HPE) at all levels and geographies
- Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications for the assigned portfolio
- Work independently on the assigned tasks
- Use appropriate tools to provide support for proposals development
- Use knowledge tools and re-uses information for the benefit of projects and of professional development
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and could drive the conversation/discussion
