Financial Analyst II

Financial Analyst II role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. In this role, you will gather and analyze financial data to influence decisions within the business and drive cross-business initiatives. You will also drive the forecasting process and communicate and drive adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the organization's financial goals and policies.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores.
• Strong payroll related knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic understanding of accounting processes and principles.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SAP).
• Good teamwork skills.
• 10 years of job experience.
• In-depth understanding of payroll concepts and procedures.
