Hardware Design Engineer

We are looking for an Experienced Hardware Design Engineer to contribute to the design and development of high-performance networking hardware.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
• 5 ~ 10 years of experience in hardware design and development of complex electronic systems.
• Strong hands-on experience in high-speed board-level hardware design.
• Solid understanding of: Signal integrity, Power distribution fundamental, Thermal considerations.
• Proficiency using Cadence PCB design tools (Concept / OrCAD, Allegro).
• Experience with common interfaces and protocols, including: DDR, PCIe, USB, SPI, I2C, UART, SGMII, XAUI etc.
• Experience working with Ethernet switching and MDI designs, including: Gigabit, Multi-Gig, and 10GBASE-T.
• Working knowledge of SerDes fundamentals, including: NRZ (10G, 25G), Exposure to PAM4 is a plus
• Familiarity with Power over Ethernet (PoE) technologies (PSE/PD, PoE+/++) is desirable.
• Experience with storage and memory interfaces, such as DDR4/DDR5, EEPROM, NAND, eMMC, NVMe.
• Exposure to CPU subsystems (ARM, Intel x86, AMD x86) and board-level integration.
• Basic understanding of bootloaders, BIOS, and Linux/OS environments.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as: Real-time and TDR oscilloscopes, Logic analyzers, JTAG tools, Spectrum analyzers, BER tools, DCA etc.
• Ability to apply structured debug techniques and work through complex hardware issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective collaborator in cross-functional and multi-site teams.
• Comfortable taking ownership of defined technical areas.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
