The role involves strategic customer care, growth driving, and customer journey management for existing customers in Switzerland. The position requires very good German skills and strong IT knowledge.
Requirements
- Completed degree or training in business administration, business economics, or a similar field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT sales, customer success, as-a-service, or cloud infrastructure.
- Very good German skills at C2 level and English skills at B2/C1 level, Swiss German an advantage.
