We are seeking a Digital Sales - Customer Success Manager (w/m/d) with a focus on cloud and infrastructure sales for existing customers in Switzerland for our sales center in the heart of Berlin. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with our products to make the most of our customers' solutions and commit to the success of our customers.
Requirements
- Background: Completed study or training in business administration, commerce, or a similar field.
- Alternatively, 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT sales, customer success, aaS, or cloud infrastructure.
- Languages: Very good German skills on C2 level and English skills on at least B2/C1 level.
- Knowledge of Swiss German is an advantage.
- Personality: You actively listen and empathize. You work solution-oriented and have a strong affinity for IT topics.
- Your high willingness to learn & clear communication in word and writing set you apart.
- You also make decisions based on facts (numbers, data, insights) rather than intuition.
