HR Business Leader HPEFS

HR Business Leader HPEFS role is designed as a hybrid position with an expectation to work 2 days per week from an HPE office. The role provides strategic insights and advice to regional/country leaders, drives HR programs, and talent initiatives, and collaborates with business leaders to translate business imperatives to talent strategies.

Requirements

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of HR experience, with significant consulting exposure
• Proven track record of leading and managing complex HR projects
• Exceptional strategic and design thinking and decision-making abilities
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels with industry and market mindset
• Global HR expertise and understanding of local/regional regulations
• Deep knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations across multiple regions
