Requirements
- Virtualization infrastructure software development
- Designing, implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting software systems
- Partnering with architects and engineering leadership to develop and deliver competitive roadmaps
- Assisting customer issues, providing RCA insights, and ensuring technical standards and documentation requirements are met
- Staying updated on industry trends and technology changes to drive innovation into the business
- Collaborating with sales, engineering, and operational teams to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Learning about operational challenges faced by engineering teams and assisting in developing risk-mitigating strategies to address them
- Setting an example for and mentoring junior engineering talent and representing engineering teams in various technical forums
