Senior Engineer

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Engineer to join its team in Heredia, Costa Rica. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and contributing to complex engineering activities across multiple stages of the product lifecycle for Aruba WLAN products and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 6–10 years of relevant experience in enterprise networking, with a strong focus on wireless LAN technologies.
• Advanced English Level.
• Advanced knowledge of Aruba WLAN architectures, enterprise wireless design principles, and RF fundamentals.
• Experience using wireless analysis, packet capture, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address multi-layer technical challenges.
• Ability to review and assess hardware, software, and system-level designs and configurations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical architectures, design considerations, and recommendations to technical and senior stakeholders.
