Senior Engineer

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead and contribute to complex engineering activities across multiple stages of the product lifecycle for Aruba WLAN products and solutions. The role requires advanced technical expertise in enterprise wireless technologies, collaboration with internal engineering teams, and provision of technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 6–10 years of relevant experience in enterprise networking, with a strong focus on wireless LAN technologies.
• Advanced English Level.
• Advanced knowledge of Aruba WLAN architectures, enterprise wireless design principles, and RF fundamentals.
• Experience using wireless analysis, packet capture, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address multi-layer technical challenges.
