SFDC QA Automation Engineer

The Salesforce.com Development team is responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce solutions that support Technical Support Engineers (TSEs), Proactive Support Managers (PSMs), PEAK, and Technical Support Managers (TSMs). The team implements advanced automation strategies and ensures data accuracy, increasing efficiency across the support organization and delivering a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in test automation (preferably with Salesforce platforms)
• Salesforce QA background with experience in Service Cloud and/or other Salesforce modules preferred
• Salesforce Administrator or QA Automation certification is a plus
