As a Salesforce QA Tester, you will be responsible for evaluating and testing Salesforce and enterprise applications & configurations to ensure they meet the required standards of quality and functionality. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and improve the overall user experience. Experience with QA automation like Selenium with Java/Python, Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript is necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform and configurations (Sales & Service Cloud) with solid SFDC admin skills
- 3-4 years of experience in manual software testing (preferably with a focus on Salesforce CRM) and at least 1 year of experience in test automation
- Passion for QA & Strong understanding of the Quality Assurance concepts & processes
- Attention to detail and solid documentation & communications skills
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies & relevant tools (eg Jira, TestRail etc.)
