Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
- Technical knowledge of Telco and excellent English skills
- Ability to develop scripts (Python, Bash) to automate repetitive diagnostic tasks or system health checks
- Foundational knowledge of Core Network topologies (4G/5G) and the interdependencies of high-availability systems
- Able to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence
- Demonstrates the use of consulting skills including: questioning, listening, ideas development, permission and rapport, and influencing
