Team Member Communications (Leader Communications & Engagement)

We are seeking a strategic internal communications specialist who will play a critical role in informing, engaging, and inspiring HPE team members through leadership communications, awards and recognition, and performance storytelling. In this role, you will shape how leaders connect, inspire, and lead, and develop and deliver communication experiences targeted to people leaders, leveraging current channels and experimenting with new formats.

Requirements

• Develop and deliver communication experiences targeted to people leaders
• Strategize and execute programs that enhance HPE's reputation through internal and external awards, recognition initiatives, and high-visibility opportunities
• Lead or support submissions, storytelling, and communications related to industry awards and employer recognition programs
• Support internal and external events that elevate leadership visibility
• Coordinate deliverables across stakeholders and program owners
• Use engagement data, feedback, and performance insights to continuously refine communication approaches and improve leader engagement
