Team Member Communications (Leader Communications & Engagement)

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a strategic internal communications specialist to shape leadership communications, awards and recognition, and performance storytelling to inform, engage, and inspire HPE team members. This role will craft powerful and high impact communication experiences that strengthen the connection between leaders and team members, bring our strategy and culture to life, and build pride for HPE.

Requirements

• Develop and deliver communication experiences targeted to people leaders, leveraging current channels and experimenting with new formats, that focus on HPE's priorities for business, talent and culture.
• Strategize and execute programs that enhance HPE's reputation through internal and external awards, recognition initiatives, and high-visibility opportunities.
• Lead or support submissions, storytelling, and communications related to industry awards and employer recognition programs, ensuring consistency with HPE's brand and reputation.
