Technical Support Engineer

Technical Support Engineer role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. You will work with AI-Assisted Network environment, provide support to customers, and collaborate with overseas support teams. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of customer support experience in the IT industry
• Deep understanding of OSI 7 Layer, particularly Layer 2 and Layer 3
• Ability to independently solve problems and troubleshoot issues
• Strong communication and presentation skills
