Job Description
The Modern Workplace Support Engineer will manage multiple areas of focus within the IT department, including End User Computing and L2/L3 Service Support. The role involves actively supporting users, resolving tickets, and managing EUC applications and systems. The position requires experience with Microsoft technologies, including MS Office, Intune, Azure Active Directory, and Windows OS.
Requirements
- ICT related Bachelor level of knowledge, focus on Microsoft technologies
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar L2/L3 support function
- Microsoft Certificates on specific Microsoft products
- Knowledge and experience with L2/L3 Workplace processes
- Good knowledge and experience with PowerShell
- Great English skills
