The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, executing purchase orders, and resolving customer issues. The role involves close collaboration with local and overseas team members to manage day-to-day issues effectively.

Requirements

• Diploma level education (degree preferred)
• Experience in customer service or sales support role in a large multinational manufacturing company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
