Job Description
Hexcel is seeking a Project Manager â PMO H/F based in Dagneux, France to drive operational excellence across the EMEA/AP region. The Project Manager will standardize project practices, provide tools and training, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience in a complex, international, multi-site industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software, with a strong understanding of best-practice methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead without authority, fostering collaboration across diverse teams and personalities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Project Management Certifications, PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM and Agile/Scrum Certifications would be a plus
- Bachelorâs Degree, or equivalent professional qualification in business, engineering or related field; masterâs preferred.
