Job Description
Hexion is seeking a results-driven operations leader to build and run a next-generation Digital Procurement Operations function (GCC Factory). The Director, Digital Procurement Operations will partner with the Head of AI Procurement Transformation to operationalize a new procurement model built on three pillars: Human Value Teams, AI Layer, and Digital / GCC Factory.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in procurement operations, shared services, or global business services
- Proven track record of building or transforming P2P / procurement operations at scale
- Experience leading GCC / shared services / outsourced delivery models
- Strong background in process standardization, automation, and operational excellence
- Demonstrated ability to reduce cost, improve cycle time, and increase automation levels
- Experience managing vendor ecosystems and outsourcing partners
- Strong operational leadership and execution focus
