Job Description
Deliver best-in-class global planning capabilities that drive service reliability, working capital efficiency, and operational agility across Hexion's global network. Lead the strategy, tools, and processes that connect demand, supply, and production into a seamless, predictable value stream anchored in data, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years in supply chain planning, operations, or manufacturing within global or multi-site environments.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes (demand, supply, production, and inventory management).
- Strong command of S&OP/IBP methodologies and global planning frameworks.
- Expert knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9).
- Results-driven leader with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
