Senior Product Manager - Commercial AI

Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and commercial productivity through AI-enabled capabilities across Hexion's commercial engine. Lead discovery, prioritization, delivery, and adoption of AI solutions across Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Customer Service, and Market Intelligence.

Requirements

• Define and execute a commercial AI strategy aligned to Hexion's growth objectives
• Lead enterprise deployment of AI/ML across commercial workflows
• Own architecture and delivery of scalable commercial AI platforms
• Lead end-to-end change management for every initiative
• Own Commercial AI portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance cadence
• Serve as connective tissue across Commercial, IT, Data Science, and Product
• Manage strategic vendors, technology partners, and external AI solution providers
• Build commercial AI fluency programs and communities of practice
• Establish operating models supporting rapid experimentation and disciplined delivery
• Ensure AI solutions are production-grade, explainable, and trusted by frontline commercial teams
