Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager to own the primary growth engine for our global DTC operations, scaling Meta budgets and ensuring harmonization with the customer journey.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Paid Media/Performance Marketing with a heavy focus on high-spend environments
- Proven track record of directly managing 6-digit monthly budgets on Meta
- Deep experience within the E-commerce/DTC space
- Hands-on experience scaling in Tier 1 markets, specifically the US or UK
- Growth mindset with ability to look past platform-reported ROAS
