Job Description
HF Sinclair is seeking an Associate Counsel based in Dallas, TX to assist Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel in performing the duties of the Legal Department. The role will involve commercial, transactional, and operational legal matters, including negotiations, transactions, and operational legal advice.
Requirements
- Work with business, commercial, and operational teams on commercial agreements
- Review, negotiate, draft, and interpret commercial agreements
- Proactively own and execute legal advice to stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of legal processes and tools
- Ability to independently handle legal processes commonly supported by paralegal functions
- Advises management of the legal implications of commercial, administrative, and operational activities
