Capital Project Manager

Capital Project Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of projects within the Capital Projects Department at HF Sinclair in Anacortes, Washington. Oversees project scope, estimate, schedule, engineering design, equipment and material selection, project bidding, contractor selection, construction oversight, management of change, safety and environmental oversight. Supports multiple capital projects simultaneously within a managed budget and execution schedule.

Requirements

• Direct and manage a large portfolio of projects
• Apply project management and engineering skills/knowledge throughout the phase gate process
• Oversee engineering contractors, project deliverables, and field activities
• Develop project scopes, justifications, budgets, and funding requests for approval
• Perform economic analyses and contribute to ROI reports for capital upgrades
