Environmental Supervisor

HF Sinclair in Artesia, NM is seeking an Environmental Supervisor to supervise environmental department and conduct assignments and duties for assigned programs. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of industry and on-the-job experience and a Bachelor's Degree in environmental sciences or a related field.

Requirements

• Supervises day to day environmental programs and provides environmental assistance to business units
• Ensures environmental programs comply with applicable federal, state, and local government laws
• Recommends and implements environmental policies, programs and initiatives
• Tracks environmental performance measures and recommends parameters
• Supervises and prepares submittals for routine air, water & waste reports
• May assist environmental air, water & waste compliance activities
• Coordinates annual certification of compliance and other aspects of the Title V programs
• May interfaces with operation departments to communicate and define their role in compliance efforts
• May interfaces with regulatory agencies to ensure the understanding of, and compliance with, all applicable environmental regulations and requirements
