HF Sinclair is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner to refinery organization, aligning people strategies with business goals and maintaining responsibility for key HR operational processes.
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a technical field related discipline
- Advanced knowledge of general Human Resources principles and ability to apply this knowledge as it pertains to the company
- Advanced skill level in Excel, Word, Outlook, and HRIS applications
