Job Description
Join The Home for Little Wanderers as an Intensive Care Coordinator to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families. The Cambridge/Somerville Community Service Agency serves youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and is part of the Massachusetts Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a mental health field
- Experience navigating child/family-serving systems
- Certification in the Massachusetts CANS
- Fluency in a second language (Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole) is preferred
