Job Description
The Home for Little Wanderers seeks a Full-Time Mental Health Intensive Care Coordinator to facilitate the development and implementation of an Individual Care Plan and risk management/safety plan for MassHealth youth with serious emotional disturbance. The coordinator will act as a liaison with collateral agencies and programs, establish and maintain relationships/services that support children and family growth, and advocate for families.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a mental health field
- Experience navigating child/family-serving systems
- Certification in the Massachusetts CANS
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
- Knowledge of a second language such as Spanish, Vietnamese, or Haitian Creole preferred
