Job Description
The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a Mental Health Intensive Care Coordinator to join their team. The position involves facilitating individual care plans, risk management, and safety plans for MassHealth youth with serious emotional disturbance. The role requires a master's degree in a mental health field, experience navigating child/family-serving systems, and certification in the Massachusetts CANS. Requirements
- Master's degree in a mental health field
- Experience navigating child/family-serving systems
- Certification in the Massachusetts CANS
- Fluency in a second language (Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole) is preferred but not required
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
- Ability to learn new software applications
