The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a Senior Mental Health Intensive Care Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee, support, and deliver Individual Care Coordination services to MassHealth youth with serious emotional disturbances.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field
- At least three (3) years of experience in providing outpatient behavioral health services to youth and families
- Supervisory experience and experience working collaboratively with state agencies, consumer advocacy groups, and/or behavioral health outpatient facilities
- Certification in the Massachusetts CANS
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer with the ability to learn new software applications
