Join HGC Industries as a Tool & Die Maintenance Technician and maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and improve tooling and dies to help keep manufacturing operations running efficiently and producing high-quality parts.
Requirements
- Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and improve tooling and dies
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams
- Perform rework and repair of all steel tooling
- Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues
- Maintain and manage tooling improvement records
- Utilize the ERP system to ensure full traceability
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Foster strong relationships across departments and team members
