Job Description
Network Voice Engineer responsible for implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco and Shoretel voice networks, as well as providing Level 3 support and managing a team of L2 Engineers.
Requirements
- Clear understanding of Cisco and Shoretel Voice network deployment models
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communication products
- Good implementation/troubleshooting experience on Cisco IPT & IPCC Express
- Knowledge of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP
- Experience with Routing and Switch protocols like BGP, EIGRP, VLAN, CDP, VTP, STP, RIP, RSTP, WLAN, MPLS
- Good understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling
