Crisis Case Manager

Join High Plains Mental Health Center as a CIC Case Manager and be part of a groundbreaking journey in mental health care. The Crisis Intervention Center will provide 24/7 inpatient care and will be one of the first of its kind in Kansas. As a Case Manager, you will guide individuals through challenging moments, work with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure clients receive the care and support they need. Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or substance abuse treatment preferred
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and respond to emergencies
• Must pass KBI and KDADS background checks
• Must pass drug test
• Maintain valid driver’s license and insurable driving record (no substance-related incidents within 5 years)
• Must meet all health screenings, TB testing, and physical clearance requirements
