Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and event-focused Catering Chef to join our team at High Spirits Hospitality. As a Catering Chef, you will be responsible for all things food preparation and execution for weddings and large-scale events. You'll balance hands-on event execution with structured prep, organization, and maintenance during non-event weeks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of kitchen experience
- 1 year of catering/banquet experience preferred
- ServSafe Food Manager certificate
- Ability to lift, move, and carry 50lbs without assistance
- Ability to stand on your feet for 8 hours
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Reliable transportation to and from work and work-related events
- Valid Driverâs License with a clean driving record
