Job Description
High Tech High is seeking a RBT/ABA Support Assistant to assist students in the classroom setting and facilitate small group and individual instruction. The ideal candidate will have building relationships, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as experience in a school/learning environment and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification or ABA Training equivalent
- Associate's degree (or higher) or 48 or more eligible units of coursework at a recognized college or university or CBEST test
- 1-2 years of experience in a school/learning environment (desired)
