Special Education Academic Coach II

The Special Education Academic Coach II assists students in the classroom setting, facilitates small group and individual instruction, and ensures students with diverse needs have access to the general education curriculum.

Requirements

• Assist teachers by working with individual students with mild/moderate behavioral or academic needs on a one-to-one basis
• Assist with the instruction and supervision of students who may have learning differences
• Monitor student progress and provide input for evaluation
• Establish rapport and meaningful relationships with referred students
