Job Description
The Special Education Academic Coach III is responsible for ensuring that students with exceptional diverse needs have access to our general education curriculum. The Special Education Academic Coach III works predominantly with one student with intensive needs.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED and An Associate's degree (or higher) or 48 or more eligible units of coursework at a recognized college or university or Met a rigorous standard of quality and can demonstrate, through a formal State or local academic assessment, knowledge of, and the ability to assist in instructing, reading (or readiness), writing (or readiness), and mathematics (or readiness).
- Experience in a school/learning environment
- More than 6 months experience in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis
- More than 6 months experience in supporting student medical needs
