Assistant Chef / Commi 2

We are a leading catering network seeking an Assistant Chef / Commi 2 to join our team. The successful candidate will use their knowledge of a la carte cooking to create a finished product that is consistent with menu specifications and standards. They will also be responsible for preparing food, maintaining a clean and sanitary work area, and following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience as a line cook
• 6+ months experience as a pantry/prep cook
