We are a leading catering network seeking an Assistant Chef/Commi 2 to create a finished product consistent with menu specifications and standards. The ideal candidate will have a la carte cooking, meat temperatures, and presentation skills. The role involves preparing orders, maintaining a clean and sanitary work area, and taking responsibility for assigned employees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, culinary school a plus
• Minimum one (1) year experience as line cook and six (6) months as pantry/prep cook
• Equivalent combination of experience and education
