Job Description
HighLevel is an AI-powered, all-in-one white-label sales & marketing platform that empowers agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses to elevate their digital presence and drive growth. We are looking for a Director of Design, Growth Products to lead and scale design across our most critical growth experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design, with 3+ years in a design leadership role
- Proven experience designing B2B2C and/or SaaS products, ideally with complex workflows
- Strong background in growth, onboarding, activation, or lifecycle design
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes (activation, retention, conversion, churn reduction)
- Experience leading and scaling high-performing design teams
- Strong product thinking and the ability to balance user needs with business goals
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional partners
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
