Senior Product Manager - Recommendations, Boosts & Ads Monetization

HighLevel is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our recommendation systems, Boosts, and Ads monetization initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management
• Experience in recommendations / personalization / ML-driven products, Ads platforms or ad networks, Marketplaces or cross-promotion/growth products, Creator platforms, email/newsletters, or content networks
• Strong analytical and technical fluency
• Proven track record of moving key business metrics
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, influence cross-functional partners, and drive alignment across product, engineering, and GTM
