HighLevel is seeking a Staff Product Manager to elevate its Creators experience into a best-in-class learning platform. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end experience across the product, driving adoption, engagement, and outcomes for learners across a global user base.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience with a strong focus on B2C or B2B2C learning platforms
- Proven track record of shipping impactful product features that drive measurable improvements in learner engagement, completion, retention, and business growth
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles for learning experiences
- Experience driving creator growth and monetization within subscription, marketplace, or creator-led business models
